Professionalism
A Well Balanced Massage maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of a client’s inappropriate behavior, intoxication or sexual advances. Payment for appointed service will be rendered in full.
Modesty of my clients is always protected. A Well Balanced Massage creates a very safe environment and gives attention to proper draping and appropriateness.
Confidentiality
Client information is kept strictly confidential. Your therapist respects your confidentiality and will not share client information with outside parties.
Treatment Times
Please be prompt. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend your treatment; it will run into the next client’s session.
If it is your first appointment, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior
to your scheduled appointment to fill out health history forms and to discuss concerns.
Cancellation Policy
To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour advance notice
for cancelled appointments. A charge of half the session will be expected if given
after the 24 hours. However, special circumstances will be considered.
Forms of Payment
Cash or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment is due at time of service.
Insurance Claims
A Well Balanced Massage does not handle insurance forms, but will be glad to give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
